Today’s weight: 76.5kg.
My weight is unchanged from yesterday.
That’s obviously good, because it’s not up - but it’s not all good.
Yesterday I watched what I was eating pretty closely. I had nothing excessive. When I do that and there’s no change in my weight the next day, I know from experience that my body is on the “edge of a cliff”.
It means that my weight is ready to fall, but my body is desperate to grab onto any branches of fat it can. If I provide it with even the smallest little branches to grab onto, it will - and my weight will shoot up again.
The next few days I need to be extra vigilant to ensure I don’t give my body any excess fat.
