Today’s weight: 74.6kg
Looking at my past 5 days weight:
74.8 -> 74.1 -> 74.0 -> 74.2 -> 74.6
The question I have now is: Is today a blip UP, or were the last few days a blip DOWN?
Is today a temporary up from eating pasta late-ish last night, or was the Sunday/Monday/Tuesday a temporary down caused by a very good weekend - both diet and exercise wise.
I obviously hope it is the former.
