Today’s weight: 74.2kg
I heading back down towards my goal, which is fantastic - and it’s nearly the weekend, so even better. I tend to do better at weekends than during the week, since I’m out and active (rather than behind a desk).
This weekend in Tokyo the weather promises to be hot and sunny, and I plan to take advantage of it. On Saturday, I’ll be heading out to see the Sakura (Cherry Blossom trees), and Sunday I’ll be heading to festival just outside Tokyo. I’m not a gym person, so getting out and walking is how I like to keep myself fit and get exercise. Who says you can’t do something enjoyable and still call it exercise?
