Today’s weight: 74.5kg
I am reminded today just how dangerous an “All You Can Eat” meal can be.
I have a pretty good policy for handling such events - I don’t eat until I’m stuffed, and I go for the healthy food. Yesterday, however, was my first time ever for an “Unlimited 90 Minutes” of Okonomiyaki and Beer - two of my favourite things.
Since it’s a food I eat rarely, and since I could try many varieties I hadn’t tasted before, I left a bit more stuffed than I should have! The saving grace - we cooked the Okonomiyaki ourselves and so could avoid frying in oil, making it much healthier.
I’m confident, then, that I’ve not done any long term “fat” damage from the meal. I’m having a dinner party tonight so I don’t expect to be down to 74kg again tomorrow, but I’ll get back there by the end of the week.
